All deposits are final and non-refundable. Your deposit will be used towards purchases made for the appointment you are scheduled for, and can be held for purchase of that product at a later time. Cannot be used for other store credit. We require at least a 24 hour cancellation if you will not be re-scheduling in order to receive a full refund of your deposit. All cancellations within 24 hours of appointment that are not rescheduled will be charged the full amount of the deposit.
