Shipping Rates
- We do not ship orders under $100 in total.
- $12 Priority Mail on orders $100-149.99
- $15 Priority Mail on orders $150-199.99
- $20 Priority Mail on orders $200-299.99
- FREE DELIVERY on orders $300 and over (FREE SHIPPING does not apply to SALE items)
- Express Mail - Overnight deliveries are guaranteed to reach most destinations in the United States by 3pm the next day. In some instances, deliveries will arrive 2nd day. Please call for Express Mail rates.
- Oversized or heavy items are subject to shipping rate adjustments; you will be notified regarding rate changes in the event your order needs to be adjusted.
- Some orders may ship 1st class due to weight and/or the dimensions of the item.
Order Turnaround Time
Most orders are shipped within 2 business days of receipt of order. In the event a product is on back-order or we are expecting delays in shipping out your order, one of our customer service representatives will send you an e-mail and follow up with a phone call(s) to notify you of the shipping status of your order. If necessary, alterations can be made to your order. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
NOTE: Some items in our store are drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer, so please allow for additional processing time.

Tracking Your Order
Within 2 days of placing your order, you will receive e-mail confirming your order has been successfully processed. Your confirmation will also list the items you have purchased, the total amount your credit card will be charged and your order number. Please print and save this page for your records.
After your order is shipped, you will receive e-mail confirming your items were shipped and a delivery confirmation number you can use when visiting the USPS Web site (www.usps.com). Most items are shipped Priority Mail, and your order should be received within 2-4 days after it has been shipped.

Exchanges & Cancellations
All items may be exchanged within 30 days of receipt for store credit or product exchange, as long as products are unopened and in their original packaging with tags still attached.
PLEASE NOTE:
Custom-ordered and personalized items, breastpumps, breastpump accessories, nursing bras, intimate apparel and support garments, christening gowns, and sale items are not returnable or exchangeable. Postage, handling, and return shipping charges are not refundable, unless the item was damaged during shipping or due to an error on our part.
Orders can only be cancelled if the cancellation request is processed prior to shipping the order. Once an order has been shipped, orders cannot be cancelled, but can be returned for store credit or product exchange, as stated above, if within 30 days of receipt of the item(s). All store credit will be issued via a Birth Boutique Gift Certificate.

Return Procedure
In order to return an item(s), please use the following steps:
- Please contact us at 877-627-8850 or e-mail us at Customer Support to provide us your contact and product information.
- After qualifying your request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number to track your package, and instructions to complete the process.
Note: If delivery of your package is refused, rejected or returned for delivery failure, we reserve the right to charge your credit card for any incurred shipping and handling charges.

Gift Wrapping
Gift wrapping is $4.00 (per order) and may be selected during the checkout process.
Please note: In the event your item is unable to be gift wrapped, you will be notified by e-mail, and your credit card will not be charged the $4.00 for gift wrapping.
